I enjoyed a cathartic and beneficial ‘Elemental’ Breath-work session this evening and it felt very safe and comfortable. Looking forward to returning to participate in their Yoga classes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seriously can’t say enough amazing things about Claudia and her Breathwork Healing class. Claudia is a compassionate instructor and provides an environment that is safe and comfortable. The practice of Breathwork has helped me heal trauma that I didn’t even know was sitting in my body, affecting my mental and overall health. It has allowed me to be open and vulnerable, bringing in more love. It has given me the opportunity to find more peace, and to be present in my everyday life, so I can feel a sense of balance, where my mind and body work together.

From the yoga classes, breath working , moon ceremonies etc you can really feel the passion every instructor brings to the mat. The atmosphere in this space is safe and the owner goes above and beyond to make everyone who comes in the studio is welcomed with a warm heart and smile. I have attended many breath works classes and each and every one of them has provided a different experience with a feeling of no judgment. I look forward to attending some yoga classes in the future and am so happy that this facility has opened in my home town.

Beautiful space run by Claudia who is a wonderful and experienced owner and professional yoga instructor. I’ve had many wonderful experiences here attending Full Moon Ceremonies as well as delving into life changing Breathwork classes. Yoga is taught by incredible instructors and the vibe and environment is just what the soul needs when looking to decompress, shut out the world and reconnect with oneself. Always such a wonderful experience from the moment you walk in the door till the time you leave. Very happy to have this wonderful and welcoming local studio in Bolton!!

The owner, Claudia is an amazing yoga instructor; she gets to know her students' individual needs and really focuses on conducting classes in manner where every student feels like it was personalized for them. Claudia the owner and founder of the studio is an exceptional, dedicated and talented woman. Her love and passion for what she has mastered is felt and seen when she is teaching/hosting her many different classes making you always want to go back for more.
Her Elemental breathwork classes are highly recommended. A truly amazing experience that you would have to come and try for yourself to understand.
