I called several places in the area to confirm their operational hours and was greeted with varying levels of crude, unprofessional behaviour.
With exceptional service and unbeatable workmanship, don't waste your time anywhere else!

β β β β β Was quoted $25 on the phone by a female. Then went into the shop, was greeted by a rude man who 'put on' a gasp at my hunter rubber boots. He said it would cost me $50. I explained that I had been quoted $25 on the phone, he said no. I said ok I will take my shoes back and go elsewhere. He kept one of my shoes and then proceeded to ask in an aggressive manner where I'd be taking them, and that he could now do them for $30 but with lower quality materials (all in a very erratic, hands in the air, outraged manner), to which I replied no, and asked politely for my shoe back. He pretended to not be able to find it until my husband grabbed it from under all the things he had piled ontop of it in his arguement. He now yells that he can do it for $25, but ofcourse by now any sort of trust with this person had been long gone!
HIDEOUS customer service!
Crooks. Avoid!
Also they only accept cash? Strange!

β β β β β got the heel changed on my dressy sandals each one costed $10.00 total of $20.00 and both pieces fell off after 4 uses. no mention the lady was extremely unfriendly, in a hurry and the store was empty.
5 minutes from my place but didn't receive the kind of service I expect, so will not go back.

β β β β β Friendly and quick service. Don't press you to pay in advance (although, obviously, they prefer you to do so).
Charged me $20 to do small repairs on two shoes and did a very good job fixing them. People working at "Art of Shoe Repair" (shop in Square One) asked me $30 to do the same and warned me that "it wouldn't look nice".
