From the sales staff (Bonnie & Grace) who was very patient and answered all our questions before we bought and moved into the new community. We especially appreciated the walk through experience, possession and move in experience we got with their very knowledgeable and understanding team member (Ryan). Very happy with our new townhome, quality standards and overall experience. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have the pleasure of working with this new home builder, Dawson & Sawyer and have always been impressed with the quality of their homes and the highest importance given to customer service, given to their clients/purchasers, not only via their Sales Team led by Bonnie with Kristie, Sean, Alisha and Grace, but their trades and Customer Care specialists. Homes built with the latest in technology with a strong emphasis of warmth, family and community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even deserve one star. Cheap quality equipment. We paid $1000 more money for our fridge and got the most cheapest fridge ever trying to contact them for help with it but they don't help once you paid for the house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap quality built. No elevation, kitchen cabinets and wood used over the house is the worst quality. Also, window blinds are are very cheap. Don't deserve even one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low quality home, satisfactory to live in. Materials are cheap, lots of empty promises from developers. Garage hinges came undone 2nd day of living here, walkthrough was a complete disappointment. Painted over every outlet, dings in almost every wall, appliances were installed even though they were dented and had to be requested to be replaced. Large displays of incompetence and terrible service all around. Walls are also warped, exterior pillars are cracked, doors make extremely loud noises when they collide with surrounding frame, shoe marks on garage walls, cement on surrounding sidewalks are all cracked (some in front of your home), the list goes on. Terrible developers, do not buy to live, spit on their complex if you find the time thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kingslanding is an exquisite collection of Townhomes, and two condos just Finished. My particular favorite is the Northside condo with the Brick exterior it is a most excellent addition to the neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality build by Dawson + Sawyer. Kings Landing is a large master planned community, with great modern designs and all your amenities at walking distance. Schools are up the street, and transit is right out the door. Great location, gorgeous homes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massively overpriced ($200-400k above market rates), low quality. The builder spends all the money on presentation centres and hiring female models instead of giving buyers solid quality for that we pay. But worst of all, the builder has been rotating the same design for 10 years. It’s outdated, non-practical, and has a “sunken” living room that is a safety hazard because it’s easy to forget about it when walking. Additionally, they build 1 visitor parking for every 30 homes. Maybe the worst ratio I’ve seen in my lifetime.
If you enjoy paying $200-400k above asking, enjoy low quality finishes and build, enjoy tripping hazard with sunken living room, and absolutely love 10 year old interior and exterior designs..then Dawson Sawyer is for you!
