★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Curtis is a great communicator. He answered emails promptly. The details in the home inspection package I received were impressive. The package included a binder full of information along with a fob with all the digital images of the home he took including the thermal images.

He has been kind and professional with enough knowledge of the inspection. He knows what he is doing and what he needs to do. He has been great even after the service for the further/potential issues. Highly recommend this guy and definately will have him again for the inspection. Two thumbs up ?

Took the time to thoroughly explain his findings and provided ample information to allow us to make an informed decision. Could not recommend his services highly enough. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute scam of a service. Purchased a new home and the builder handed me their report. There are a minimum of four code violations that were not noted in this report. One of which involves the telepost in the basement; It is not secured what so ever which could cause the home to collapse. They also failed to report that the AC drained onto the floor behind the water heater, lack of insulation around windows, improper exterior finishings which can cause water damage, and the list goes on and on. We had to hire someone qualified and they listed everything that was not to code and what was improperly done. This 'companies' 'credentials' are obtainable by almost anyone for less than a $100.00. Save your money and hire somebody that is actually knowledge and qualified to do this work.
