Appointments always feel rushed and gives the impression that they only care about business and not building a customer relationship. Positive side, I guess they help you to feel better whenever it is an ache or pain on your back. However, not too sure if I will continue going there in regular bases, but was good to give it at least a try.

Was informed I would be getting charged $85, I was there for less than 40 minutes and was charged for 1 hour of an exam and an adjustment. The adjustment I was informed would be included in the exam. The adjustment itself took no longer than 5 minutes. When it came to pay, the fee was $135, when I questioned this they said this was the price for a 15 minute adjustment and a 45 minute examination. I overpaid and was not treated for the “services” I was paying for as it ended more than 20 minutes earlier. I feel taken advantage of and scammed and have 0 results from this visit. I would give 0 stars if possible and I highly recommend anyone considering this place to go elsewhere.

Deciding to get treatment here was the best decision I've ever made for my health and I always leave feeling way better that I did when I arrived. My interactions at the clinic have always been positive and worth every penny.

Everything is always very clean and organized, and they always start and finish exactly on time making it easy to book an appointment during the day or right after work and still make other meetings or the evening commute.

Our experience has been 100% positive - treatment is always quick (we get seen within minutes of arriving at the clinic) and the results are remarkable - after living with chronic head and neck pain for years, today I can say I am headache-free 90% of the time. Everyone who works at the clinic is incredibly helpful and friendly. Booking (online or at reception) is super fast and easy. On top of everything, Dr. Lyons herself is a truly lovely person and it is a pleasure to see her. We are so glad we found KWC!
