A	Ariane Rainville on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service client (au niveau de la réception). J'avais un rendez-vous et j'ai confirmé celui-ci 24h avant suite à la réception du email. Malheureusement, durant la nuit je me réveille avec un mal de gorge (points blancs sur les amygdales) et de la fièvre. J'appelle, en pleine nuit, en espérant pouvoir laisser un message pour avertir que je ne suis pas état d'être au RDV (en plus avec le covid, on prend pas de chance). Aucun moyen de laisser un message. Je mets donc mon cadran pour 8h00, heure d'ouverture. Le matin même, je rejoins la réceptionniste qui me demande si je suis en route. Je lui explique que non, puisque je suis malade. La dame me coupe la parole et essaie de me faire sentir mal puisque la physiothérapeute s'est déplacée pour rien et me raccroche au nez sans que je puisse ajouter un mot. Un peu d'écoute et d'empathie n'aurait pas fait de mal. C'est pas comme si j'avais pu prévoir être malade. Très vexant et irrespectueux. Very poor customer service (at the reception). I had an appointment and I confirmed it 24 hours before following receipt of the email. Unfortunately, during the night I wake up with a sore throat (white spots on the tonsils) and a fever. I call, in the middle of the night, hoping to be able to leave a message to warn that I am not ready to be at the appointment (in addition with the covid, we take no luck). No way to leave a message. So I put my dial for 8:00, opening time. The same morning, I join the receptionist who asks me if I am on the way. I explain that no, since I am ill. The lady cuts me off and tries to make me feel bad since the physiotherapist has come for nothing and hangs up on me without my being able to add a word. A little listening and empathy wouldn't hurt. It's not like I could have foreseen being sick. Very annoying and disrespectful.
