★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Au moment de la soumission il y a trois ans, je demande la valeur à neuf pour mon VTT et j'aurai oublier pour mon camion neuf (trois mois d'usure), bizarre...L'EXPERTE aurait peut-être du m'en parler à ce moment là...c'est juste un an plus tard, au moment du renouvellement, que je m'aperçois que ni le VTT et ni mon camion ont la valeur à neuf. Donc après l'écoute électronique, ils acceptent la couverture pour le VTT et non pour mon camion. Je ne connais personne qui ne demande pas cette couverture avec un véhicule neuf. J'ai L'impression d'avoir été arnaquer!!!
Après avoir fourni les preuve, ils acceptent de couvrir le camion à neuf, mais avec un montant à débourser rétroactivement...ben voyons, je n'aurais probablement jamais changé de compagnie d'assurance si j'avais obtenue la bonne soumission au début...
Très déçu, quel manque de professionnalisme.
At the time of submission three years ago, I ask for the replacement value for my ATV and I will have forgotten for my new truck (three months of wear), weird ... THE EXPERT might have to m 'talk about it then ... it's just a year later, at the time of renewal, that I realize that neither the ATV nor my truck have the replacement value. So after wiretapping, they accept coverage for the ATV and not for my truck. I don't know of anyone who does not apply for this coverage with a new vehicle. I have the impression of having been ripped off !!!
After providing the proof, they agree to cover the truck as new, but with an amount to pay retroactively ... well see, I probably would never have changed insurance company if I had obtained the right quote at the beginning. ...
Very disappointed, what a lack of professionalism.

Pour quelqu'un comme qui moi qui ne connais pas trop les assurances, leurs explications étaient super clair. Le service à la clientèle était excellent. Je recommande fortement cette entreprise!
I called last minute for insurance and despite the delay they took my case and gave me what I needed in time. For someone like me who does not know much about insurance, their explanations were super clear. The customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this company!
