E	Elaine Llarena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When my dryer broke at home, I went to Kim's Coin Laundry with my 14 month old daughter on a Sunday.. the couple was so nice, when they saw me, they instantly came out to help me get ALL my laundry baskets (I had 5 since having 4 children at home, they all had their own LOL). The lady took the time to explain to me how to work the machines and they didn't make me feel like it was such a hassle having my little one there. At one point, when my daughter was getting a little cranky, the lady offered to help me with getting my laaundry out of the washer. This place is so clean, and I highly recommend it! AMAZING!
Z	Zac D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple acts of kindness Doing laundry on this rainy Sunday morning in Langley I had a little faith in humanity restored. Sitting outside of Kim’s Coin Laundry waiting on my clothes to dry I witness the sweetest yet simplest act of kindness between strangers. A very independent little old lady was on her way out the front door with her freshly laundered sheets in a tote she wheeled over from home. As she was leaving the proprietor of the business stopped her in her tracks. She said “we don’t want your fresh sheets getting wet!” And instructed her partner to fetch a dry cleaning bag from inside as the two ladies made small talk outside. The man returned from inside the laundromat with a plastic bag and they neatly tucked it over her sheets, then the man placed her purse inside of another bag and fastened it tightly to the rails of her cart. The little old dear thanked them and let them know that “you have the best machines and everything is so tidy.” After the heart melting sweetness, the great respect shown to an elderly woman by a couple of very kind business owners and some pleasantries, they parted ways and carried on with their days. Made me day just a little bit brighter.

The owners were so kind and the laundry was clean and the machines were fast and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this coin laundry to anyone ?

The other laundry mart you can use one washer and dryer for one load but here you are asked to use two dryers for one load. Never coming back here! I read all the reviews and every single review is praising them.. made me wonder if the reviews are bought or written by the owners themselves as all the reviews are written in the same style and mannerisms... Hmmm ?
O	Occupational Health and Safety Best Practise on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are the details in a coin laundry that are important to me: 1. I want to be able to use Tide Machine Cleaner on the machines before I put my clothes in to wash 2. I want to have clean surroundings, new machines and washrooms. 3. I want staff and management helping out where they see a lack such as turning someone’s heavy comforter when the owner is distracted one time; like reserving my cleaned machines for me with a note to other customers. 4. Just overall pleasantness with a customer centric personality. THANK YOU VERY MUCH KIM!
