On both the sale and buy side, she comes prepares with research on recent sales. She will negotiate hard on your behalf, and provide guidance on the things most first time home buyers wont think of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been working with Kim for the past 2 years now as her videographer and she is a joy to work with. She's an amazing person and an excellent realtor. She understands the value of using quality contents and the different strategies in selling properties.
It was an easy choice for my wife and I to go with her to help us in purchasing our first home! She was very knowledgeable and was always available to answer all of our questions and made the whole process of buying a home very smooth for us. You're gonna love working with her as she always go above and beyond to make sure that you have the best experience in selling or buying your property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you're making one of the single-most important decisions in yours and your family's life, you want that process to be informed, as devoid of stress as possible, and actually enjoyable. Kim went above and beyond in helping us make the experience of buying our first detached home such a memorable experience. Kim went to bat for us on every occasion during both the sale of our home as well as the purchase of our new home. She was in constant communication with us and helped put our minds at ease whenever we had any concerns. There's an endless sea of realtors out there but Kim seems to be one of the best in the industry and it's no surprise after having worked with her during this whole process. Don't think twice on who your next realtor should be. Glad we didn't!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having worked with other agents in the past who were fine but not necessarily stellar, I can confidently say that Kim outshone all of them with her work ethic, professionalism, and responsiveness. Kim expertly navigated us through the wacky real estate market during the pandemic, helping me to sell my first apartment and then to purchase our new home. From the perspective of both a seller and a buyer, Kim hit all the right notes across these two very different transactions.
I particularly appreciated her patience and due diligence while we looked at countless homes in our 6-month search. Without fail, she'd send us a summary highlighting each building's issues after a careful review of their strata documentation, demonstrating her attentiveness and desire to help her clients make an informed decision on the right home - she's definitely not out to sell you on any ol' place. With her guidance, we really learned a lot about the stock of buildings in the neighbourhood we were interested in and from that, adapted our search criteria and decisions accordingly.
Although we encountered Kim through a referral, you won't be disappointed working with her even if you don't know anyone who has personally bought/sold with Kim. Consider this review your referral. :)

She is very detail oriented and ensures that you are getting the best advice and does her research very well.
