★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous customer service. They have a great selection of fabrics and very competitive prices. This is the quintessential "mom and pop" shop where customers are family. They are doing their bit during this pandemic to ensure customers are getting the supplies to make much needed masks...even elastic! Elastic is being rationed to make sure that as many customers as possible are able to purchase it. Thanks for spreading the wealth guys. And thank you for continuing to take such wonderful care of your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opening times are… open to interpretation. Sign at the door says 12-5. Called them and it says 11:30-5. And I see that here on Google it’s 12-5:30. Wow. Opening times are the very very basic business practice you should adhere to with precision. Stood in front of their shop in the pouring rain and no sign of anyone at 12:15. Nice.
I get it- things come up. A quick post on Facebook or Instagram OR your voice mail would avoid serious frustration for your customers. Do yourself a favour and call before you show up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite fabric store in town. Great quality products (particularly their wool and linen selections) that are reasonably priced. The small space means the offerings are constantly rotating so I stop by to browse a few times per month and I've always had great customer service. If there's a better retail fabric store in the Lower Mainland I haven't found it yet.
