★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty decent prices! I have never gone downstairs until today, and boy, do they have piping and zippers and buttons in all colours and styles.
One of my favourite things to do, is to just put new notions on old clothing to make them feel new again, and this is the place to go to for that. they have great buttons like the glass amber ones, and a bunch other

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for fabric/help. They refused to help me, as I didn't know exactly what I needed. I left (in tears)and emailed them. Let's see how/if they respond.
I drove 30 mins to get there from North Vancouver, and paid $14 for 2 hours of parking to shop there

Walked in as a callow wannabe sewist, and walked out with confidence and a plan.
The support, enthusiasm, and knowledge that I recieved from at least 6 different staff members made my day ?. I walked in with my sewing machine which I'd never used before and was kindly directed to a desk downstairs where three people helped explain how my machine works ( including letting me take pictures) and set up the machine for me, the whole time they made me feel welcome and not a weirdo for bringing in a machine and being a complete noob.
Next we were given a very detailed explanation of what type of thread and needle would be useful.
At the checkout other more employees helped me choose scissors.
Altogether I don't think I've ever felt so wonderful leaving a retail store. Would highly recommend this place to anyone ❤️❤️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of fabric's, but on the overpriced side. Not a fan of the new layout, I found it hard to find what I was looking for. Staff aren't the friendliest, especially the older ladies but I suppose they do their job.
The security guard at the front watches you like a hawk, I would appreciate not being treated like a shoplifter next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge selection and price range of fabrics. You will find whatever you need for sewing and quilting and also have a choice of prices. I spent a blissful hour here and found everything I needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of good fabrics, and other things like yarn, joinery, buttons, buckles. The prices are pretty decent so you'll definitely end up buying more than you intend to. Love how they have a huge variety for everything.
