I needed to buy from Ontario, without the possibility to physically go to BC to see properties, and Kim reassured me right away that she had done that many times and that wouldn’t have been a problem at all. Indeed, she gave me the best virtual tours, showing me every minimal detail, from a very small stain on the carpet to the material the kitchen counter was made of. Every time I asked for a detail about the house, I received the information via text or email in no time. When she had to ask something to the seller’s realtor, I always got the answer within a few hours. When it came to offers, she advised me if a property was not worthy of a certain amount or, when it came to negotiations, she was great at negotiating with the seller and got me my house at an incredible price. Finally, she offers an incredibile support even after the purchase. I keep asking her questions, and always get prompt and precise answers. Next time I will need a realtor in BC, I will have no doubt about who I will go to.
