They ran around before getting into the vehicle and even went to say goodbye. Our dogs usually refuse to eat while we are away and this time they had no problems. This is our second time using this kennel and have finally found our forever kennel! Thank you for loving our dogs while we were away.

Called today and was greeted with very rude and short tempered customer service, she explained it was the owners fault for not replying to my email (good to know). I had wanted to book in my dog for a few days the following week. She stressed that they only take cash, you also need all vaccinations. I understand each kennel has its own requirements and I did not have the rabies vaccination for my dog. I don't mind finding another kennel but her attitude helped me decide against this kennel before I knew of the vaccination requirements. If your a first timer booking good luck. My Reply: I never said my dog was intact because he isn't, I've worked for a kennel for over 6 years that didn't require the Rabies vaccination. I had mentioned that I understand that different kennels have different requirements. Thank you for clarifying that my email went to your junk folder, my frustration is with how your staff handled my phone call. She was rude and to the point, no friendly greeting, didn't gather much information from me before trying to book my dog. I know good customer service because its the industry I'm in, I found it difficult to talk with her from the start. If I leave my dog with an establishment I want to be treated with respect first before I can trust that my dog would be treated the same way.
