Best Apartment building in Canada

s	steven adindu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this modern design apartment. It is very spacious and adequate for my needs at the moment. Each apartment unit size is bigger than some houses within the city. The design and floor plan is the best in the city for me. I rate them 97%. The reason why I can't rate it 100% is because ; the rent is high, dust finds its way inside my ground floor apartment, so I have to clean and wipe up furnitures regularly. Also, I found mice at the apartment the day I moved in, however, I contacted the office and they attended to me within two days. Another issue I have is that the maintenance work time range is too wide, sometimes you may have to leave the apartment for 6hour to 8hours for the maintenance guys to do their job. Also, there is no sound proof between the apartments, I can hear foot steps and water running through the pipes from the tops floor. The environment is very clean and tidy. They have friendly, respectful and helpful staff.

Since Andre became the property manager I’ve noticed the quality of the buildings go up. Whenever anything comes up or we have any questions Andre makes sure that he goes above and beyond to meet or exceed with everything that he can do. I would definitely recommend moving into Kildonan Heights! Between Andre, Frank and the other friendly tenants this is one amazing community.

In Panet Road the environment is very family friendly, safe and quiet. The facilities are almost new and in good condition. The best thing is PET FRIENDLY. The manager Andre Cloutier is a good person, always attending to all requests. This place is close to everything (Sobey's, Freshco, Dollarama, Bus Station).
h	harpreet singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor management the parking lot is only cleaned once I mean stalls during storm the cars were stuck in the middle of parking lot. Personally I been calling them from last 2 weeks to fix dishwasher in our unit and I been told by them it's on priority but no luck yet washing dishes with hands. The rent is almost close to average house mortgage people deserve the service what they pay for. Need answer broadstreet I wish there was option for no stars.

Andre, as a Site Manager always helped us in all our requirements as a newcomers and tenants. He always was very helpful, friendly, and understanding person. he tried his best to make our stay a pleasant one. Thanks for all Andre, you always find a good solution for all.

Arranging for her accommodation,we initiated conversation with Broadstreet property on securing one of her apartments, which we viewed virtually from the portal. On arriving Winnipeg, we discovered that these open concept apartments are offered with only key appliances without furniture, TV, etc.. a model not common to only Broadstreet. This became a bit of challenge, because she actually structured her budget without factoring in the cost of buying furnitures, TV, etc. Hours after we finished signing the tenancy agreement, she got a call from Bryce of Broadstreet, expressing her willingness to assist us in asking around for furnitures from willing Donors, which we ofcourse consented to. Two days later, she came with a truck loaded with lots of stuffs, not just the furnitures, even TV, bed, mattresses, dressing and tea tables, shelf amongst other things. For us, that was the closest and greatest benevolence we had ever seen in our lives, and would forever remain grateful to Bryce, for being such an Angel. In the same vein, our warm appreciation also goes to Andrea, Tana and the other two gentlemen of Broadstreet team , you guys are simply the best... For us, a home transcends physical structures, it's more of humanity and people. Feels good to say we have found a home faraway from home! Thank you, Bryce! Thank you, Broadstreet Team! Thank you, Winnipeg! Thank you, Canada! The Ekwunifes.
R	Rae Popowich-Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living here.. has been tough. The first moment we realized our mistake was when we wanted to know about moving up to the top floor. The person above us would stomp all night, every night. We called, and called and called, and we never noticed a difference. So we requested a transfer. We didn't mind paying more, we just wanted some peace. We were told we would have to have an appointment so we did just that. We were super excited in the hopes of moving away from the noise. But we were told, the only option was to be homeless. And pretty much verbatim "there's always someone after you" so I asked "so your saying you don't care about your tenants??" And I was shocked to get the "yep" that came next. Our lock was also broken since the day we moved in. We let them know on move in day, and they gave us new keys that were even worse. It finally snapped in the lock. The maintenance guy, though he was kind, didn't have the tool on hand so he replaced the whole lock. This left us with one key for the two of us. He promised we would have a new key the following day. About 4 calls later, and a week or so has passed, and we are being treated like we are wasting their time. Best advice, don't rent here. It's not worth the hassle.
A	Azelle Santos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment is great, big space, big master bedroom, nice washrooms, lots of storage, it accommodated all our needs especially with a new baby. Hallways are clean all the time. The staff are friendly. There were some noise and smell issues but those are unavoidable since it’s a big building. You cannot control everything that’s happening or whatever the tenants are doing. Most of the tenants are friendly. Our dog had a great time as well! He was treated kindly by many people. Our overall stay was very pleasant. We had some issues but they were resolved right away. Andre is very approachable and he makes sure all of our concerns are addressed. Kildonan heights is a great choice!
