A nice place to come on a Sunday. Sunday is the best day because they serve a roast lunch. The quality was ok, I think the meat was over cooked which ruins it a little for me. The lunch was a big portion that is filling for the rest of the day. After lunch, it is worth visiting the museum. The best part of the museum was the store and hotel upstairs. The post office was interesting too. It was nice seeing all the old products. This place is well preserved and everyone should visit at least once.

Step back into the time to the 1920's in a rural farm setting. A great place to take the family. Educational and fun.

We had such a great time here. The White Rabbit Egg Hunt was scheduled for the Easter weekend. The egg hunt was followed by a lovely animated reading from Alice in Wonderland. We will definitely come back for the Halloween event.

Step back in a 1920's village frozen in time in Harisson Mills. It's an enjoyable stop for the kids where they get to pet and feed goats, sheep, pigs and chickens. The general store is a standout, packed with well-preserved trinkets and tin cans. After your walk-through the village, make sure to stop by the cafe and try their tasty sandwich sets.

This gem of a place is W O R T H the visit. Ernie at the general store shared so many pieces about the history that I can't really pick a favourite. Maybe the children's shoe one.....or the train station...you'll have to visit to know what I'm talking about. I also love that you can feed the goat and sheep - wished there were a few more than just one to feed.... definitely don't want to overfeed them ? There are so many little places to discover and wander. Then once you're finished the cafΓ© has some great food...and the little shop local goodies to buy. Thanks for maintaining an important part of Canadian history.

This place was amazing and I'm definitely coming back. The staff were super friendly, warm and welcoming. The museum tour was very interesting. Several types of animals all over the farm, which you can be super close to and interact with.

We had such a great time here. The Halloween event they put on for the kids was great. Old school trick r treating, scary ghost stories and spooky decorations. You can feed the animals on the farm and the birds are running around free range. We will definitely be back at Christmas ?

Lots of history here! The store is well stocked with snacks and gift items. There waa a Easter egg hunt for the little kids. They looked like having alot of fun! We made reservations for the Thanksgiving dinner years ago and on this trip we had the Easter dinner. Again the meal waa wonderful. Highly recommended. We will be back one day. The only downside to this trip was the campground. I remember it being more oriented to tenters but now it feels like a RV park with generators running loudly everywhere. Also no camp host.
