★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this place. (Only tested for infant class and this is the first month)
Pros:
- They take care of kids very gentle approach
- They follow your kid's routine
- If your kid is picky and you worry about she won't eat -you can bring nut-free snacks
- If your kid doesn't sleep herself, they manage the transition very gently
- They have a camera system
- The management approaches any issue with care not to try to defend themselves.
Cons:
- The cameras have a lot of blind spots and no camera for outside.
- Pricy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This new facility is great! They have cameras, meals, lots of staff, up-to-date learning materials, clean environment, free events and "date nights" for parents. My son LOVES going to school here and gets upset when it's time to leave. I have piece of mind bringing him here, I know that he enjoys himself....and I can always check that by logging in and seeing him through the cameras!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Son started at Brampton facility when he was 20 months old .The daycare enviroment was brand new and he had never been away from parents before. The transition from home to daycare was very smooth- all thanks to toddler room teachers-Davinder & Pawandeep. My son learnt to sit on a table chair, drink milk out of open glass, sleep on his own(without rocking) all because of the teachers here. From his 4th day, he smiled during drop-offs and pick up. The menu is world class and if you request, the teachers will feed your child(unlike others where they say we "don't force feed). I have called Britanny (the director) many times to request things like- give him extra milk, put him in front of the camera and so on and she was always accomodating. The best thing about this daycare is, you can talk to teachers during pick-ups and give a feedback(if something is working well or not working well for your child). The facility is clean and there was no covid case in last 1 year . My son attended this daycare from March to May and never got sick . Unfortunately, we moved to a new city and we had to leave this daycare. My son goes to a Montessori now but trust me I still miss kids and co and all the live feeds and app updates :(, the love of teachers etc. This one deserves a 5 star!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After lot of failed call attempts and unreturned emails, we have had to decide against sending our kid to Kids and company. I could not book a single appointment for the initial call and walk through after trying for almost a month restlessly. The only appointment they had scheduled with me was a no show. I even stood at the door to find if someone can respond to my phone call but only in vain. It's anyone's guess how this child care or the director named Brittany would respond to the parents' emergency calls.
I hope they can only get better soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The director Christine Schuck was very attentive and kind. She addressed all my questions and concerns thoughtfully and thoroughly. I went in for an open house for my little one and when I left I found myself very excited and comfortable to have my daughter in the care of Christine and Kids & Company. Couldn't have asked for a better educational and pleasant experience during their open house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son joined kids and company last year, initially it was hard for him him but the faculties took lot of effort to made the environment comfortable for him. Christine Schuck, director listens to our concern and address it. She is very approachable. My son teacher Jasdeep is friendly and cool.
My sons social skill and communication has considerably improved. Great job team
