I’ve dealt with many contractors in the past and Phoenix was by the far the most reliable and professional contractor I’ve worked with. Would never get work done by anyone else. Recommend his work 100%. He was reasonably priced, completed the project extremely quick and the work looked exceptional.

They got us the city permit and finished our basement in 4 weeks. I am so happy that now i have rented my basement for $1350 2 rooms, full kitchen and bathroom. I would recommend to my family and friends. Great job guys. Thanks!!!!!! :)

A	A Zz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud! Beware, it's a scam! They will take your hard-earned money and then act like they don't know you. DO NOT RISK IT. There are numerous similar reviews here stating the same thing, and the response from this company is the same copy/paste to all of them (I bet you, I will get the same response too). This is the response they will give: "Hello there! Given that we have never met nor did I provide any construction/renovation services for you, do you care to elaborate on the reasons for your review? I can have our highly qualified and professional management team follow up with you if you have any concerns."
f	footy tube on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moe completed my basement and it was such a headache always needing to keep an eye out on him since I didn't know if he will show up certain days, having random people fill in for others, and always cutting corners on the work, such as them trying to skip out on not putting in pot lights that were promised in the main rec room. Was not worth the issues at all. Buyer beware.

Called him to do some warranty work (used cheap LED lights and they blew in a few months, and was not responsive. Cost me $500 to replace all the lights from another contractor. But now I know they are done properly and with a quality product.
