To begin, Dustin Kidd states he is with BBB but in fact is not.
Also, prior to pouring the concrete, I was told that he would use something along the side of the house so that the concrete would not rest right up against the house. Within the same week of pouring, a multitude of cracks and pits appeared in the concrete. I think the major cracks should be inspected again and if there is a way to repair them, it should be done. This was never done.
When it rains, whether it's a light drizzle or a storm, water collects at the side and front of the house in that northwest corner and sits there because the driveway slopes towards the house. Again, if there is a way of redirecting some of that water I would appreciate it being done, but he never came back or returned texts. The water also gathers in the centre of the driveway and does not drain away when it rains.
Finally, it would have been wiser not to have the concrete built right up to the door. I would have expected him to tell me that it could be problematic and it is.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend using this company.
