★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are doing work and they left a huge pile of gravel in the middle of my backlane making it difficult to maneuver cars around. Called the owner to see if it could be moved he laughed and called me a loser and hung up. I have several other neighbors that are very upset about it and yet he does nothing, it's been there for a week, couldn't even put a baracade around it to make it visible. Totally unacceptable and would be sure to stray away from these guys as I can tell by the way they handled this situation that after you give him your money you are at his mercy and he makes it very difficult to talk to and avoids phone calls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys have no respect for neighbouring properties. They are using our driveway, making a mess of our yard by letting debris fall into it, constantly blocking both our driveway and parking in the back lane for hours on end. Its completely unacceptable.
On another note, they poured a concrete fondation in -30 weather and stripped the forms less than 24 hours later... Feel sorry for the future owners of this property. They didnt damproof or nothing.
