★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service department ever. Booked the appointment a few days in advance, brought it in the night before and should have been done by the middle of the next day. No phone call and when I called, nobody knew what was going on and no call back. Next day, I was in formed that the tech didn't show up for work and it would probably be done the next week. I picked it up and did the work myself. What a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was billed for a tool Kickstarter needed to fix my bike ,without informing the customer very poor business. I wonder what else they’re billing for without informing the customers. My surprise on my bill was one $349 before taxes. A sneaky thing here, another sneaky thing there. Do I bill Kickstart for using my tool.? Oh I was rudely told that Kickstart is not a Harley shop, yes I agree with that statement because at Harley shops are known to have tools even if your bike is not a Harley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO HERE, took my sea doo to get serviced, checked, and ready for the season, they said everything was good to go. Checked my sea doo after and coolant was completely empty. Used it 2 times and now need an oil change even tho they said the oil is good and will last through the whole summer. My boyfriend had an accident with his side by side and took it to them to get fixed, he got it back and seemed as tho they didn’t fix anything… took it back and asked for specific things to be checked over and for it to be test drove to see if it drove okay. Got it back found out they didn’t test drive it and didn’t do what was asked either. It’s as if they just take your machine and let it sit in their shop for a few hours so they can charge you for labour… I’d recommend going to evergreen in Smithers we have had a way better experience there. If I could give kickstart less than 1 star I would.
