★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tonight jasmine(sorry if it's misspelt) at the strathmore location went above and beyond for us tonight. Big thank you to her. Ordered for delivery on the app and it sent our order to forest lawn. They called us at 815pm to tell us of the mix up, so we asked if they could send it to the location in strathmore, and they said that wasn't a problem. At 905 we received the call from jasmine informing us that our order has just arrived at their location but its closed now, she gave us a full refund and has even offered to deliver us what we ordered on another day. Thank you so much for your customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RUDE!!! RUDE staff! They asked me to wait a moment... then forgot about me while they joked around in the kitchen. Finally someone saw me and came out to help. When I went to order a standard regular order and was told they no longer make the same thing I just ordered. They simply did not want to make fresh food!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the worst KFC. I no longer go there as it is always just disappointment. The last time it didn't even taste like KFC. I got a 4 piece meal. It was so over cooked and the batter was a really dark brown. None of the 11 herbs and spices flavour at all. The chicken is also ridiculously small. You have to get a 4 piece to feel like you have had a meal. I'm done, too many chances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, nice staff … but sub par food quality and quantity, picked up the boneless bucket for 42$ and it didnt feed 2 of us .. so off to Mc Donalds to finish dinner … will i go back ? Nope , i’ll drive the 30 mins to a diff KFC location in Calgary ?
