★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its pretty alright. I used to order pasta on tuesdays somewhat often. But then they changed the menu and took it off. I ordered the substitution from the menu and then they also took that off the menu too. So its now been a year since I've ordered anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was great, service not so much. Felt completely rushed and unwelcome. Had our waitress check up and ask if we were done yet a noticeably abnormal amount and at the end of the night the manager persistently asked if we were done and even asked my sister if she was going to “chug her drink”. Just wanted to enjoy a nice Friday night with family and even though our food was delicious the disappointing service definitely tainted the experience. Staff and Google told us the restaurant didn’t close till 11pm and we left just after 10pm. Was given no explanation for being rushed because frankly there wasn’t any. Paid to enjoy my experience and tipped well, hopefully next time will be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a ny steak the flavor was good but it was pretty dry the frenchfries we’re not well fried I had Pepsi I told them I wanted refill Pepsi they brought me root beer instead service could be better but I think they’re pizza is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time we go to the lounge and the waitress Penny is working the worst service we ever had. Can’t find her, have to go up to bar to order more drinks or food. Trying to pay the bill is complete agony. Can’t find her most of the time. If she is there I will turn around and go where there is better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One big reason why Boston Pizza is our choice when we are in the mood for pizza is that this restaurant has nondairy choices and also a gluten-free crust for customers like my wife who want to avoid wheat in their diet. A few days ago my wife ordered her favourite pizza but for the first time ever I decided to try some pasta instead. I am very happy that I did because my plate of spaghetti was way better than I expected. The flavour was excellent and I really appreciated the fact that the noodles were cooked to perfection, not over or under cooked at all. As much as I like their pizza I know that I will be having delicious spaghetti again the next time we go out for dinner. Ha! Writing this review has given me the munchies and my mouth is watering at the thought of our next trip to Boston Pizza. ?
