★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has the best KFC chicken to my tastes as it is not too salty like most other locations I've been to. Not sure why so many restaurants have to use so much salt in their dishes. Their chicken is still KFC and still delicious without being so salty you can feel your blood pressure rising. Also, their chicken is not too saturated with oil and greasy like some other locations. Service is quick without a long wait even when they're a bit busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually write reviews, but today I have too. As I approached the Drive thru, I was greeted very rudely with no friendly smile in sight. I was given my drinks and told to wait extra 10 mins which was fine, it was fairly brisk out so I rolled up my window to wait for my food.The lady working the drive thru was very rude, she has light brown highlights in her hair with a nose ring and her mask not even over her nose , as always had a face on, ( it seems like she hates her job).First time she spilled a drink all over me, as for today she had a rude face on once again, as for I was waiting for my food, she approached the window and I started to lower my window to grab the food, she bangs the side of the glass very loudly for no reason. I had already lowered my window to receive the food , this wasn't necessary at all and uncalled for. The food is not fresh at all. Always missing items. Don't ever get 7-up it always just carbonation I have brought this to their attention several times. Will be the last time going to this location. Never is this place busy, now I know why. Very bad customer service and low quality of food. As for the lady working the drive thru with highlights and a nose ring needs to fix her attitude towards customers as she is driving business away!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ checked google and saw location was open until 12:00. pulled up to speaker in drive through to order and got an automated message saying they’re closed. i looked over and saw another car ahead of me in the drive through picking up their food. and a sign in the window saying “DRIVE THRU OPEN”. I waited at speaker just in case it was a mistake but nobody said anything. I reversed out and went inside and asked the front worker if their drive through was closed. Her and the other 2 workers behind her doing nothing just stared at me and she just mumbled no. I told her that I had just tried to go through and it gave me a message saying it was closed, so it was confusing. All she responded with was “yeah well i can just take your order here”
got my food. cold, stale and gross. terrible experience all in all. this location should really look into better training or better employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So its no secret that KFC has gone downhill with regards to freshness, tastes and just overall quality. My boyfriend and I ordered the Kentucky Scorcher and we are positive that they made the sandwich wrong... it was not spicy at all and honestly disappointing. I'm probably never gonna have KFC again to be honest... it's just gotten so bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever twice now. I had ordered the two famous chicken sandwich and small fries for $10. They told me I need a coupon for that. But you clearly don’t so they agreed OK we’ll make it for you gonna take 10 minutes they said. I said no problem I’ll wait…so I watch them put my two fries and gravy on the counter 10 minutes before the sandwiches were done. So I asked them to replace the fries and gravy with fresh ones when the chicken sandwiches was ready. They gave me attitude didn’t even replace the french fries cause we got home and they were ice cold. The worst KFC ever!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just came back from there. They made us wait 25 minutes for our order and when we got it, the fries weren't fresh. Shriveled cold and inedible. Then when we got home, they had barely any sauce on the sandwiches and the lettuce was brown and disgusting. I am literally debating calling the health dept on these people. Just cheap, these people! Terrible food and service. No excuse for waiting 25 minutes for chicken and the fries are from 2 hours ago. Too lazy to make fresh. Too lazy to throw out old food and make a fresh sandwich. I will NEVER go there again. I suggest y'all be careful. Photo of gross lettuce I had to scrape off my sandwich before I even considered eating it. It all went in the bin. Couldn't trust any of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has been serving really old famous chicken patty, like they are in the warming bin for the whole day and still serve it to customer. This had happened to me twice, and the only reason I come to this location was they are open til 11:00pm. It’s disappointing that you try to eat something decent and fast food after a tiring workday and this is what you get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There have been multiple times I have ordered food at this location and it has been inedible.
Today I purchased six chicken tenders for almost $13. They were about 2 inches long and by the time I got them home they were so hard that we couldn’t even bite into them.
You need to hire better staff that care about the food they are serving your customers otherwise people will not be eating at your location anymore.
There’s a lot other places to eat at that will have respect for the customers and serve them food that is of good quality and value.
