★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I knew this place was going down hill but it's gone too far. The chicken was barely cooked, skin was soggy not crispy. Saturated in grease and had to throw out half of the bucket. Do not buy here. It will send you to the toilet. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was dreadful! My bucket of chicken was greasy and all legs and wings, no white meat! I offered to pay for white meat, they said “No”! Plus, the fries were half cooked! They were rude and I was the only one there on a Friday dinner hour, no wonder they are not busy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is disgusting inside. Really thing is falling apart. Extremely run down. The people making the food are ok. Pop machine needs to be fix. The washroom ? doors are broken and it looks like something from a horror film. Use to be a nice place with great food. Not so much anymore. Such a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was ok besides the rotten lettuce. Fast forward a few hours and my stomach is a mess. Unless you have the time to spend all day/night in the bathroom, I suggest going elsewhere for your fast food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up a 14 piece meal tonight. Drove 15 minutes home with meal. Barely any batter on chicken. Bare bones on chicken legs. Texture of chicken was rubbery. No flavour to chicken. Just greasy. Tasted like it had been sitting around and nuked. Drove another 15 minutes back to town and got a refund. Very disappointed. Wont be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star is being generous, our food was way more then an hour later then projected time. Our food was missing items. I called the store 3 times to see what was going on I also called corporate like 6 times because their Pakistani call center kept transferring me back to the store cold with even after I requested an escalation floor supervisor or manager.
I generally only review positive experiences because if you don't have anything nice to say keep it to yourself but ......
This was the worst fast food experience I've had in decades
The food eventually did show cold and disgusting
I would strongly recommend seeking out other fried chicken providers
Like yo KFC pull up corporate stores and staff because this kills a brand
