★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a 4 piece order and paid $22 for it, but the pieces were small. Not comparable to their stupid advertised picture. Don't want a refund or credit. I am not going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know, I don't expect much from KFC - it is a big chain restaurant, after all. This location is usually pretty decent, but my last order might as well have been from the eighties. Chicken that, while cooked, was not at all crisp and was in fact slimy from too much oil, tenders that were almost as white on the outside as on the inside. Only good thing was that for once, the gravy was included instead of forgotten. Really disappointing.

You can get a good meal order for some bucks.
Clean place, good service and in top of that a smail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I've gone there, I've been given something different from what I paid for. If you're picking up, open the packaging before leaving to confirm your order, or accept you will either be returning or eating something completely different from what you planned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check your order if you're picking up or ordering skip. They missed one of the items and got wrong order thru Skip...Wonder the employees are paid right...it seems no one cares/checks the order. Usual kfc taste though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst KFC branch on the metro Vancouver area. They consistently mess up orders time after time. Someone open another KFC or a Church’s or … The only reason this KFC is getting any business is because there’s no other competition for fried chicken in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this location today to grab dinner, and part of the order was the boneless bucket. First chicken strip I grabbed was a chicken neck! I had bit into it and bit into bone, I then opened the strip to see and yup.. it's a neck. Grossest thing ever! I have pictures as well... Definitely not doing kfc again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INCOMPETENT AND THIEVING! KFC steal from its customers. This is not the first time I have had an issue with them. You pay for a meal and get home to find what you have paid for is not there. Then they expected me to drive all the way back to fix THEIR mistake instead of just refunding me the $10 they offered me a free small fries initially, and then a free tender. The last time I ordered delivery and it never actually arrived, the refunded me, but it seems that they are just utterly incompetent and I should warn others that they will happily not provide you with what you've paid for, and then expect you to spend the time and money to go back and get what you had paid for. If KFC stole $5 from me they could call the police, but when they steal from customers, there is no recourse... When I attempted to speak to a supervisor all the offered was 2 free tenders a day later and eventually hung up on me when I told them this wasnt sufficient. Avoid this KFC at all costs. Would give 1 Star if I could
