★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has people that bring covid to the building after a break out in a care home. She does not get tested and lies to motel about it and sends work clothes to be washed by staff with your laundry and bedding. Room is not cleaned or sterilized. There are no warnings and motel does not care about your safety! Certainly not following reinstated protocols for these situations. Burns Lake/Northern Health should be very concerned that this person is going everywhere in town without any care for others. Be ready to get covid from anywhere in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel,beautifully decorated.However the beds are awful and found garbage on the floor.walls are paper thin and the tap in the bathroom barely had a trickle.We were awoken by staff at 5 am outside our window having a conversation.They continued after being told.I will not stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just stayed at the hotel last weekend. Staff was very professional, courteous and friendly. The room was very clean and the breakfast was ok. We had a great experience at a reasonable price. Beautiful decor! I will definitely come back.
