L	Lena Gold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took 7 days for us to get our damage deposit back, getting the run around too. Where as North Star in PG, checks the room, and gives it right back. Plus I cleaned the room before we left.
M	Marilyn Alec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have, never, ever had to clean my own room, or not have my towels and coffee station replenished ever, chamber maids were not helpful and were rude,I slept the same bedding for 3 days, tub not cleaned, counter tops and bed stands dirty and dusty as well as the walls, and blinds dust and insects were everywhere, I didnt realize how bad until I was attacked by them the bites caused hives and swelling upon telling front desk, 3vwomwn
D	David Wallis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't believe the food. It looked appetizing but when we dug into it. It was bursting with the flavours expected. We ordered about 6 appetizers and was informed they were short some items on their menu. The water was amazing. The staff was professional and courteous as they took our order and was covid ready. The distance between tables was better than most restaurants. They were spacious and had a gorgeous patio with western ranch them inside and out. We will definitely be stopping in again. I would have given 5 starts but there were items not on the menu. I will be following up with this exceptionally talented restaurant to re-evaluate the level of services and food production. More of a local restaurant but I found it welcoming and spacious. I was offered a tour and we will take them up on the offer next time around. Good job Lakeland hotel. Keep up the great work and don't run short on your menu again. You deserve 5 stars more visitors/patrons. Good day everyone.
J	Jason Tom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is slow and poor everytime we go there for supper, hopefully it gets better The food is a hit or miss, their fries including yam fries are dried out or soggy. Burgers are ok, the beef dip is good. The dinning area gets pretty smokey at times.

Renos are well done and room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable and bathroom well appointed with a beautifully tiled large tub and ample towels etc. You do hear the trains and the traffic so earplugs may be a helpful hint while staying here. The front desk gal was friendly and accommodating!

D	D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and newly decorated rooms. We opted for a king room with jetted tub and it was a fantastically large Kohler tub. I wanted to stay longer!
