All of the staff we have worked with care very much about doing their best and meeting our needs. We consider the people we have met more as friends. We have been particularly impressed with their willingness to go the extra mile and to offer creative solutions that are truly innovative and always seem to have sustainability in mind - both in keeping the planet healthy, but also in support of general wellness for all of us. I would highly recommend the Kevington Team if you wish to be well cared for by true professionals.

We have always found them to be fair, open + honest in our dealings and I would not hesitate to recommend any company or person to be involved with or engage the services of their organization.

โ โ โ โ โ Kevington Building is truly a thoughtful and progressive development and property management company. Their staff members are always friendly and approachable. They are ready and willing to listen and put such care into their properties. They really go above and beyond for their tenants. My favourite thing they do is their tenant appreciation events which are super fun and get the community together.

โ โ โ โ โ Kevington has some great people who work for them, unfortunately as a company they are unethical and lack basic morality. They fired employees on account of their personal medical decisions, this clearly shows no respect for bodily autonomy. If you are a fan of freedom and value making decisions for yourself, look elsewhere.

I just wanted to say a big โTHANK YOUโ to our Kevington team for organizing the community pop-up coffee cart and micro concert today.
I was glad to see you come out to be a part of the event - itโs always so nice seeing the team in person! The coffee was a nice touch and the saxophone player is really talented!
You go above and beyond and we are very fortunate to live here.
It was great connecting with people and meeting some new faces. What a beautiful day!

โ โ โ โ โ I love living at Kevington in Coquitlam. The staff make me feel very protected and watched over. It feels like a hotel. They put in a profound amount of effort into creating an atmosphere that displays community. I also feel, in my one bedroom apartment, they actually designed something that theyโd want to live in too. My closet came with shelving, central air, all new appliances and literally the biggest balcony Iโve ever seen for a one bedroom. Itโs gorgeous. I feel like I completely lucked out. They have a community app and I always have great communication and success for helping. They have even helped with navigating setting up my Hydro account, etc. Not to mention itโs pet friendly and super pet positive! I all around recommend Kevington to live! Thanks for having me :)

โ โ โ โ โ I enjoy living in a Kevington property. Their team was extremely helpful throughout the moving and rental process. The building is clean, secure and has plenty of amenities. Each day you can see the staff go out of their way to keep the building running and are very responsive through their helpful tenant portal. I also enjoy the extra details that the Kevington team do, including the holiday dรฉcor and appreciation events.
