★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment we met Kevin at an open house, we knew he was the agent for us. His calm and professional attitude was exactly what we needed in the very stressful and hectic search for a home. When selling, Kevin was quick at getting pictures taken and our listing posted up online. We had an offer within 3 days I believe. He even committed to an open house after that, to secure a back up offer for us. While searching for our next home, Kevin was extremely patient with our wish list of requirements. Kevin helped us search and search for months while knocking properties off the list if even the slightest thing about them wasn't going to work for us. Kevin was positive and helpful throughout our journey, not stopping until we were happy! We are all moved in and could not be happier. Hopefully we wont be selling for years to come, but if we do, we will be calling Kevin! Thank you again for everything !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were the renters in a suite of a house that Kevin was representing. During the pandemic, Kevin expected that we would cater to realtors coming in and out of the suite 5 days a week. They would constantly leave the lights on, doors unlocked and walk through the suite with muddy shoes. When we asked to set specific days for showings it was met with a defying “absolutely not”! He even went as far as entering our suite without permission while my husband and little girl were sleeping. If 0 stars was an option I would rate Kevin at a 0. Kevin is invasive, obnoxious and I would never recommend his services to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have bought and sold many properties in the past, both primary residence and rental properties. Kevin was by far the most expedient and professional, getting our home sold very quickly after listing it.
Not only did he have the best photos, hilighting our home but also represented our wishes of a long closing and we worked together to get an offer over asking even with our long closing date maintained. Kevin knows the market trends and got us more than we anticipated.

Contacted him to list one of my properties. Without viewing my property in person, he gave me an extremely low-ball asking price. He would not return my calls after my initial conversation. I guess my property was too much work for him to list as it was located outside of Kelowna city limits.
I listed with another Agent who was amazing! My "difficult to sell" (his words) property, sold in 5 weeks for a higher price then Kevin's estimated listing price.
I'm an investor and own multiple properties in the Kelowna area. I would NOT recommend this Realtor to anyone I know.
Thanks Kevin - You were my blessing in disguise and made me more money by NOT listing with you!
