I would definitely recommend him; he was very attentive and available and did everything he could to help us along the way. We will use him in the future for real estate transactions.

Even though we waited almost half an year to make the final decision, he remembered our needs and kept us in the know of any new listing and price drops. He was efficient, prompt in replying our emails and kept us well updated. He even helped us with the home inspection for his own listing!
He is enthusiastic without being too pushy, and definitely trustworthy. I will definitely recommend him, especially to other first time home buyers like us.

Even after two deals fell through (do to financing on our buyers part) Derek was able to not only salvage the sale of our home but also managed to secure the purchase of our new home??. A job well done Derek??

We lived in North Vancouver so we couldn't get up here to look at all the houses so Derek had to go in and do a walk through for us with camera. He took his time showing us the whole house and tried all the appliances to make sure everything worked.Derek was very professional and made the sale very easy for us. After we bought he helped me find painters and others to update house. We would use Derek again for sure.
