★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up for Lisa's virtual 1 on 1 personal training and I'm so happy that I did. Lisa helped to develop a personalized plan for me based on my goals, fitness level and kept me accountable with weekly photos and progress reports. Lisa also developed personalized nutritional goals.
Lisa's non judgmental approach to fitness is amazing. She was my biggest cheerleader when I was doubting myself and helped keep me sane during COVID. If you are looking to feel good mentally, physically and emotionally than Lisa is your girl-SHE ROCKS!
