★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience at Kessels Upholstering was extremely positive from the initial consultation to the delivery of our furniture . With so many options of beautiful fabric choices, Mr. Kessels helped us to choose something that perfectly suited our lifestyle and decor. The furniture was picked up by two very personable men and delivered within the agreed timeframe. Most of all, we were able to keep our 30 year old sofa and chair which were solid and well built, but showing wear. Thanks to the Kessels team for great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Kessels and his staff helped me choose the material for our two sofas that were purchased in 1984. The material was in Ottawa in less than a week, and the sofas were picked up at the agreed time by two very careful gentlemen. One week later, the sofas were back at home (at the agreed time) and look beautiful. The workmanship is outstanding. I am extremely pleased that I chose to reupholster rather than purchase new. I have been disappointed with other upholsterers so it was wonderful dealing with Kessels. I will recommend Kessels to all my friends. Thank you.

After shopping for a new sofa and loveseat, and not finding anything that I liked as much as what I had, I decided to look at recovering my existing set. I'd never done this before, so I was a bit nervous about how it would turn out. From picking the fabric, to answering my questions, to communicating pick up and delivery, everything went seamlessly. The sofas were ready on time and they were expertly upholstered, with keen attention to detail. They look brand new, with new cushions, and I'm "very" particular. I just can't say enough about the outstanding Kessels team and my experience. Well done!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I are very impressed with Kessels’ Upholstering. They recently replaced the foam in the three back cushions of our couch. The cushions were done on time, on budget, and the workmanship was excellent. It was a pleasure to interact with their staff. Also, we found out at the end of our initial consultation that the man who was helping us was Leo Kessels, the owner himself. He was an absolute gentleman! The price, the end product, and the customer service were all exceptional. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Excellent quality work and delivered on date promised. Highly recommend.
Update: We recently returned to Kessels to have two Ethan Allen living room chairs reupholstered. The fabric is better than original and the job done by Kessels was superior to Ethan Allen's original work. Well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Affordable prices. Friendly staff. Excellent quality. What more could you want? My only critique is that although their fabric samples are abundant, they are mostly dated. Works well if you're looking for solid colours. But would love to see some more contemoroary and upscale textiles. But that's just quibbling. Highly recommend that you s place of you need some furniture reupholstered.
