I really love this team and would highly recommend them to anyone who has the need for improving their smile, confidence and health. Dr. Kersten is a person that restores your confidence in humanity in a time where it feels everyone is just out to make a buck at the cost of their patients...please don't ever change!

As soon as you walk in this office you will get the most amazing friendly, service that your possible going to experience for the first time in any office. I’m 60 years old and I to have my own business. I believe a lot of professional business have lost their ability to make the client, or patient feel, important and very special.. it all starts with the first phone call to book with Dr Kersten. Upon arrival you will open the doors to the experience you probably will find no where else.I felt like I was in a Beverly Hills office, so beautifully designed. You then will be greeted by the two friendliest ladies with the biggest smiles. It was only minutes before I was brought in to see Dr Kersten. Then the buzz of happiness even gets better. His office organized and his staff are all busy working with their patients. It was so nice to be seated in what appeared to be the crystal room. Just enough vision to see his staff doing their passion. As I was waiting for the Dr, a young gentleman came around the corner and peeked in to say hi! So nice. Dr Kersten came in and well what can I say......... Just take my advice on this review and go experience it for yourself. Can’t give too much away on the Dr, you will have to experience that one to yourself. Highly recommend!! Can’t wait for my new Invisalign’s and new smile
S	Sky Richarde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Kersten was incredibly pleasant to talk to, and he took a good amount of time explaining my problem and helping me to understand my options. In the end he encouraged me to take the least invasive approach initially and see if we could prevent further damage from happening in my jaw joint. In the end we decided on a custom night-guard (instead of jaw surgery), and he even sent a letter to my dentist about what the plan was so that my dentist could make the guard instead of the Ortho place, because it would more likely be covered by my insurance that way... which means today, Dr. Kersten didn't make a penny from me or my insurance, but still took the time out of his day to help me fix my problem and get the help I needed. THIS is the kind of person you want on your health team.
J	Julie Law on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinical staff was lovely, very knowledgeable and kind to my daughter. Dr.Kersten and Lisa were very accommodating and provided a welcoming environment. The receptionists who checked us in were pleasant and polite. The one who gave us our next appointment on the way out could have made our experience 5 stars if she was more welcoming like the others. All in all a great experience and my daughter is very happy with her new set of braces. We look forward to completing the treatment so she can have a beautiful smile
V	VicGal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a way long overdue review. I could not recommend his office more. They provide great service and I'm incredibly in love with my teeth now. I got braces at age 35, which they definitely normalized and made me feel totally comfortable with. I am not sure how to word this but my teeth, while totally straight, are still 'unique'... they look very natural and not fake. I simultaneously had jaw surgery and he was meticulous at ensuring I had the best outcome from the combined procedure and braces. Dont hesitate to go here! Side note: totally worth getting braces at any age, no regrets!!!
S	Susan Aili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was speaking with one of the staff today regarding my treatment plan and asked whether it would be cost effective to aim for 30-40% results rather than proceed with the full treatment. She told me that she understood me but that I had a pedestrian view of things, then proceeded to explain something to me that wasn’t at all in line with what I was asking. I politely asked to have another person phone me back and got off the call. I expect more from people working in the health profession. It’s not easy making sense of health and finances so to be insulted while asking questions is disheartening at best.

He did a great job on my braces and always made me feel super comfortable through the process. Unfortunately I made the mistake of not wearing my retainer after after a couple years, so I had to come back for another treatment. Dr. Kersten was very helpful with costs my second time around which was above and beyond for me. Dr. Goad did my second round of orthodontic work and he also did a absolutely amazing job! I am incredibly happy with my teeth now. Dr. Kersten & Dr. Goad are very lovely people. I feel like family at this office.☆☆☆☆☆ 5 stars and beyond!
