Best Apartment building in Canada

S	Saleh Alimadad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building units are renovated and clean, but I believe the price for the units are unreasonable. Because the building was built in 1963 and when you apply for tenant insurance you have to pay extra. We didn't have other choice so that we chose to accept the rent. Walls and ceilings are not sound proof so if a neighbour sneezes you can easily hear. Even when upper unit opens the water tap in kitchen you can hear that. The place has a nice outdoor swimming pool but it just makes a good view. Because practically only 3 months a year you can use it. I hope some day Vancouver's rent prices will become more affordable.

Very willing and happy to assist with our needs and requests in a timely manner. Safe and family oriented neighborhood and minutes to everything you need. We highly recommend this place.

We also highly appreciate his attention to details –improvements, decorations or signs are done to benefit tenants, and/or to put a simile on their faces! This means the manager is not only doing his routine job, but also has been constantly thinking – how to eliminate potential problems and how to make the building more enjoyable. Vu is a very dedicated manager. I have seen him working on problems on his off-days many times. Thank you very much, Vu! I would highly recommend this building.

The current manager Vu Tran does a great job in maintaining the building and attending to tenant requests. On days when we had lots of snow, our parking garage ramp and the building entrances will be cleared before anyother neighbouring buildings - he is very dedicated even on his off days. The move in and move out process was very smooth and he was always there when you needed something.
