Great mix of salty and spicey popcorn

I think they put less coating on than they used to. Still delicious.

Staff here are very nice! I was able to try every flavor before I bought any!

Popcorn is always good... They could lower the prices of fair bit though.

Complete rip-off. Should be re-branded "Popcorn for suckers". At least at the movie theatre you can argue that you're helping support the theatre... however these guys are just plain ripping you off.

I really disappointed I was brought 3 Medium Bag Popcorn and they gave me in hand I dust said the old lady please can you give me 1 big carry bag how I carry 3 bag in by walking she didn’t give me bag and said just carry in hand . She talk me rudely.

Asked for the kettle corn flavor as the mall right before they were closing down. The girl helping me started packing the popcorn up for me but I noticed she wasn't at the display window where the kettle corn one was and so I repeated I wanted kettle corn. She smiled and nodded but continued. I figured well, the popcorn could just be arranged differently back there for storage purposes or whatever. She heard me definitely this time correctly and there was no language barrier that I could tell from the brief interaction. Came home, opened the bag. Not kettle corn.

Service is horrible at this place! Stay away if you can! An older Asian lady (I think she's the manager/owner) has attitude. When my family and I got there, we asked how much the prices were for the different sizes of popcorn, this lady seemed very impatient and didn't want to help. When we made an order and I was paying with my credit card, she had finished prepping my bag of popcorn, looks like she was giving it to me so I reached out to grab it while paying, but she suddenly pulled the bag of popcorn bag away from my hand, and refused to give me the bag of popcorn. She was so rude. It felt like she thought I was going to steal (but my card was accepted with no issues). She could have just told me that once the payment is accepted, I'll give you the popcorn and I would understand instead of just pulling the bag away with attitude and saying nothing. Come on lady, my husband and baby, and our stroller were there the whole time. There was no way that I could just run off with our small order of popcorn. Some fast food places that I've been to (like Chinese places or subway or even Ikea) once you've placed your order, the order will be ready and then you will have your tray of food first before you pay at the end of the line. Does this lady not know that? Not everyone is out to get you! Horrible customer service and the popcorn wasn't stellar. I've had better. Go to other places. If you want customers to come to your location, provide better service to customers without judging and make better popcorn. Prices are ridiculous! Boycotting this place.
