★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in 2 pairs of pants for a repair. The quality of work was really bad.. the pants that I had sent in for repair cam back to me in worse condition.. the other pair also just as bad.. and still dirty... I had been a loyal customer for many years.. that has changed the moment the management verbally fought with me.. to give you an idea of the kind of quality service I had recieved here.
The wife of the owner had to push him into the back room so he would not get physical with me.. he was yelling slamming his fists..
He even got twice as mad when I let him know that the good repair previous was done at a wonderful dry cleaners in Londonderry Mall..
I will never return to this dry cleaners again....
First complaint and he went off. Customer service lessons required here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took my dress for over 2 weeks, promising me that they would have the alterations done how I want. Then I kept getting excuses about what they couldn't do (couldn't keep the corset back, needed to put in a zipper, couldn't just put in a lining, that I needed to buy a shirt, AFTER they insisted on me buying over 45 dollars worth of material, that I needed to bring in a shirt as a template, they never took any measurements!) DO NOT go to this place if you want alterations! They used up precious time, and then shrugged it off at the end as Nothing, leaving me scrambling to find a last minute seamstress!! If I could give a zero star rating, I Would!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kensington Cleaners is the best cleaner I’ve ever been to. I have been going to their store now for more than 5 years and each time I have yet to have a bad experience. The owners there work hard every day to ensure the customer's happiness and you can tell by the quality of their services. They offer a fast one day clean depending on the load and they don’t even charge extra. They have an extremely friendly and affordable price that you can expect and depend on. There have even been times where the owner has given me discounts because of how much I use their services, and I’ve even bought them coffee once or twice because of how close we are. You won’t be disappointed when you drop your clothes off here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gotten my clothes as well as my daughter's clothes sewn at different times,as well as getting my Aunt's coat dry cleaned and they always do a good job,sometimes I can't even tell where it was sewn.They always give me a good price and are always si friendly.I live on the Southside and it's a little far for me to go but it is worth the travel time.
