β β β β β I recently decided to move, which was a huge deal for me as I have two babies and limited resources and time. Kenny Choi from Sutton group had made the entire process a breeze for us!
From selling my place to buying the new one, Kenny had always been there to help in person regardless what time of the day it was. There was a lot to go through... And I'm glad Kenny had it all sorted out for our family. All I had to do really was house hunting and sign some documents. Kenny is definitely one of the most professional and friendly realtors!

β β β β β Kenny is a wonderful realtor as he really tries his best for his clients! My wife and I have had the opportunity to work with him last year (April, 2020) to sell and buy. Given the situation with COVID, he was still able to help us sell our place with the desired price AND obtain the very best deal from the place we purchased (all while making sure everybody is well protected)!
Throughout the process, he was there to guide us and help with whatever was needed. He worked round the clock and was always there! We really appreciated his professionalism, enthusiasm and attitude towards his work and would no doubt work with him again in the future for any real estate needs!

His well preparation on documents and information drew more potential buyers to view my townhouse. He sold my townhouse more than list price and bought us an apartment at lower price than list price. He knew what I was looking for and would only present relevant information that fit my need. The virtual house tour was amazingly done. All the showing appointments were scheduled timely and well coordinated. Highly recommended!
