As a first-time buyer, there are a lot of unknowns and anxietyΒ involved. I like Dennis because he prioritizes educating me rather than telling me what to do, which gives me a lot of transparency and a senseΒ of control.
He also cares for his client and lets me know about the potential pitfalls of the property during each viewing. Furthermore, he actively negotiates for me with my best interests in mind. I will hire Dennis to representΒ me again if I have the opportunity as he has gained my trust.
