Jim has always given me great service on a variety of garden equipment I have - his pick-up and drop off fees are reasonable and the quality of work is great.

We have just purchased a Snapper 360Z ztr from Jim at Ken's Small Engines Repairs. He gave us his honest opinion and was not pushy on making a sale like other places we have visited. So if your looking for great service, advice and comfortable sales Jim and his staff at Ken's Small Engines repair is the place to go. Support your local businesses ....great job to Jim and his team.

Jim was very very helpful with my warranty claim. Can't say enough how professional and calm he was dealing with the supplier. I definitely recommend people call and ask for him.

I took my rototiller to Ken's for a no start and no spark issue because I didn't have time to repair it myself. I was assured by Jim I would have it back in a couple of days. I'm not sure what has happened to this business since my last visit for the same issue a couple of years ago whether it has changed hands or not but this has been an experience from Hell! Two days turned into 28 days! Excuse after excuse... many unanswered and unreturned calls... even driving there in person on a Wednesday to find this business closed! Unbelievable! When my tiller was finally "repaired" I received a voicemail from Jim saying how they repaired the spark issue and after running it outside for 2 minutes it started smoking and sputtering and the engine is now toast with a damaged crankshaft! Unbelievable! Changing points and condenser or a coil is a most basic repair to a small engine. Clearly the people working at this business are incompetent, unreliable and in over their heads.... Jim's only excuse when I picked up my tiller with the engine now destroyed was that he was so busy and his "guy" wasn't a points and condenser guy... His reason for my tillers engine failure was because it was "old". TOTAL B.S! This business doesn't even deserve the rating of one star as far as I am concerned. I wouldn't trust them to fix a Tonka toy... I will never go there again...ever!

Worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. Quickly brushed off like I couldn't pay for work. Guy literally walked way when I was in mid sentence. All I needed was a plow installed on my tractor. Said they couldn't help me.

Super knowledgable. I was looking for a cable for my snowblower and Jim suggested I bring the cable in so he could match it up. Unfortunately the original part number was discontinued so Jim had to spend some time finding something that would work. Upon looking at my cable he determined it may just need some lubricant so he freed it up and sent me on my way. No charge. Very happy with the customer service. Will definitely go back!
