Waitress had a great personality as well as the front door hostess. Ordered all app type food which was all cooked well and arrived to the table quickly.

As soon as they noticed me, it was all good ? Hostess was very pleasant and asked about where I'd prefer to sit. She was wearing a mask (that's good) and I could tell she was smiling (also good!) Clear COVID policy displayed right as you walk in, setting customers' expectations appropriately and immediately. Seeing the restaurant is taking it seriously made me feel better and more relaxed. Hostess showed me to my table promptly, which was missing utensils (something the server took care of right away). The server, Lisa, came around within a few minutes of me sitting down and making myself comfortable. She was kind and polite, and got me started with a drink right away. I was demanding, asking for a straw and a bottle of hand sanitizer. Lisa handled this very well and expeditiously. After some time with the menu, which I had a hard time reading due to a visual impairment, I decided to ask Lisa what she'd recommend. She was very honest and told me about dishes that were popular, and dishes she didn't like personally. This was nice because it didn't put me off any dishes at all but made me feel more comfortable trusting her judgement because she had been so honest. I ended up getting the chicken Parm (pasta) which took about 15-20 minutes. It arrived hot, with melted cheese and crispy outside tender inside chicken on top of a bed of pasta with my choice of sauce (Alfredo). Lisa gave me plenty of time but made sure I was happy by coming by after the first few bites and asking if all was well. It was! She was also extremely attentive to my supply of iced tea, which she kindly refilled without me having to ask. She also brought a straw, also without me having to ask. Lisa took the initiative to ask if I would like desert, and promptly brought over a pin pad when I told her that I was already quite full. She reiterated the restaurants policy with COVID by assuring me the pin pad had been disinfected before handing it to me. After paying, she told me to take my time to finish my drink if I'd like, and thanked me. Overall I had a very good experience here. The restaurant appeared clean, the service was polite and professional (albeit not as prompt at the very beginning) and the meal was tasty and well priced for the portion size. I would recommend this place to anyone else looking for a quick and tasty meal, and for the excellent service from the staff.

This is what my child was served when I ordered nuggets. We were in a group and I only realized the garbage they served to my kids once I packed the left over. Disgusting! How can you serve this to a little child? It would be zero stars but that is no option.

Went there today for a family dinner and I have to say the staff (like I mean literally everyone working there) was incredibly kind, service was amazing and the food was delicious! We will definitely be going back again! Thank you to the staff this evening for making our evening so wonderful!!

I have never been to this location before, but my husband and I decided to order from this location for our New Years Eve dinner. Not only was my order ready by the time I arrived to pick it up, but someone took the time to write "Happy New Year!" and "Welcome 2022" on our take-out bag and food containers. It was a really nice touch to our order. Also, the food was really good. ? Especially the cheese dip!!!

I go to Kelsey's quite a bit, but I mainly order from skip the dishes. Unfortunately I am often left with very small portions and missing items and I'm sick of it. I ordered Crown Royal with four Iced Teas and only got three, and I ordered a kids pizza for me, with a side of fresh veggies and this is what I got.( My bill was $60.00) Normally they give me carrots and celery with dip. These orders are getting worse and worse and worse. On more than one occasion I have ordered chili and received a quarter of a bowl full. Sometimes I open the packages, and I just laugh. It all depends on who's working I guess, because sometimes it's amazing, but I don't want to take that chance anymore. Perhaps some of issues may be skipthedishes, but most of these issues are with Kelsey's. Do you think people aren't going to complain just because you are handing out ridiculously small portions that are being delivered to their house instead of to them face to face at your restaurant? There are just too many inconsistencies for me to continue ordering with you which is a shame because when you get it right, it's really good.

Picked up lunch today as was not disappointed! Called in our order, staff was friendly and happy to take our pick up order. When picking up process was easy and everything was ready. I ordered the “Messy Fish” sandwich, man was it good! Figured it would have been a little soggy by the time I got it back to work, but was pleasantly surprised. The fish was cooked perfectly and the batter crisp and crunchy without being overdone. Taste was great, and it lives up to its name, definitely needs to be eaten over the container! Was so good, will definitely be ordering it again!

I usually love Kelsey's and have been to many locations, but this one seems to disappoint every time. The order took 20 min which is perfectly fine, but when I got home, the food looked like it had been sitting there for a couple hours. It was completely cold and the fries were so stale. The chicken that I ordered was all breading. I had to break the thigh apart to find chicken, and there was BARELY any. Will not be returning to this location.
