★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I consider myself blessed to have met Tamara at KTT. Having suffered years with PTSD & Depression/Anxiety she is easily the best person I have ever seen, & I've seen ALOT! Sadly there are alot of counsellors who take up your session attempting to show the client their knowledge base, and "Impress" them with their years of schooling. Tamara does the exact opposite, she listens, and then listens even more! Her insight when it does come is direct and empathetic and always centered to what your dealing with. But mostly what she has is heart, & tons of it for her clients. A true gem of a human being who is in the perfect profession to help people struggling with life.

But when I see reflected in Tamara's eyes the quiet assurance she has walked her talk, it offers me comfort & confidence.
Tamara has the ability to hold an air of lightness while navigating through challenging subjects, which speaks to her skill and dedication.
She has an uncommon depth and ease about her that creates a safe space promoting awareness and releasing to unfold.
