★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's absolutely disgraceful that a new healthcare facility like this isn't fully wheelchair accessible. My mother is in a power wheelchair and could not been seen in the regular exam room because the rooms were not designed to comfortably accomodate an average size power wheelchair. The nurse did her best to make a bad situation private and comfortable but it's shameful that nurses and thier patients should be put in such a position to begin with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t bother wasting your time! I have left messages for a few days now and not one person will call me back regarding immunization shots. Save yourself the time and headache and go to Vernon Public Health. Not only do they actually answer the phone but they will call you back and get you booked in ASAP!

So glad I chose to go here for treatment to get clean off of the dope

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This health authority has been working very hard in this Covid-19 time. Covid testing and vaccines have been stretching their time to deal with other matters. The employees have been doing the best they can to keep up to provincial orders. I think they have been doing a great job, under the circumstances. I've dealt with them many times,non covid related, and they have always been helpful.
