Especially Jodi O’Grady Staffing consultant. they're all so helpful now I'm parttime employe by Walmart through them Kelly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined this agency amongst others upon arriving to Calgary with high hopes and expectations. Initially my agent was Santino who has now left. He set up a meeting and was constantly in touch with me via email/text with job offers landing me several jobs over 5 months. Unfortunately he left the branch and moved elsewhere - my experience after this was nothing short of shambolic. My new agent J did non of this, and seemed to divert responsibility claiming I didn't know what her job description was.
I'm not sure what has happened to Kelly over the last year, but I wouldn't waste my time with this agency. Go elsewhere if you're seeking to proactively look for work. I'd hate to be in a position relying on Kelly Services.
