★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't thank the staff at Kelly’s Flowers enough for my amazing wedding experience! They were so accommodating and delivered the flowers right to my hotel room. They were great to work with and made my bouquet even more beautiful than I could have imagined! I was so blown away by the bouquet that I continued to notice new things that I loved continuously throughout the day. I couldn’t have had a better experience! I would not go with anyone else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty unhappy with my experience. Paid almost $100 online for a birthday bouquet for my Mom, to be delivered with a card including a small personal message. The bouquet I chose from their site looks about 3 times the size as the one that was delivered. Looks like I ordered a bouquet of baby's breath with a few flowers, instead of the other way around. And I understand the site mentions that substitutions may be made, but I find this unacceptable.This seems like an easy way to create a bait and switch. You have a website that you could update, and remove from selection, the ones that aren't available, in order to give your customers a more informed choice. And on top of that, they failed to include the card. Next time I'll be ordering from somewhere else. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We discovered Kelly's Flowers as they have a deal with our wedding venue, Code's Mill. Krista's energy and love for florals and weddings made this process both easy and fun. Unfortunately, we did have to postpone our big day last minute - after consistent, back and forth communication, we found a way to use the flowers that could not be cancelled for our "marriage day". When our wedding day did finally arrive - we were BEYOND thrilled with the outcome of our bouquets (specifically mine), boutonnières, centrepieces, and florals on our chuppah. Thank you to the team for helping to make our day beyond beautiful! I've dried both my bouquets as keepsakes and memories around our house.
