We approached Kelly without a clear understanding of what we could afford and with no property in mind. She spent a few hours with us face to face virtually, and many hours behind the scenes supporting us with our questions, talking us down from general anxiety about the process, and ensuring we took on a property that we could afford and feel secure purchasing. She was also extremely resourceful and connected us with a recommended realtor, lawyer, and moving company. Every step of the process has been supported, and Kelly has always been able to come through with options and solutions without making us feel pressured. Kelly is extremely knowledgable about the mortgage process and was able to share this knowledge with us in a way that was easy to digest.
