She gave me 10% off for being a new customer and they have a loyalty program, after 10 or 12 purchases(can’t remember which) you receive 10% off. I purchased the wrong feed and called her that evening, she mistakenly told me to come in the next day(Sunday when they’re closed) so she made sure to be around for me on her day off. Her husband is also very kind, always carries the grain to your car for you, even going to get the one I was exchanging from my trunk. When he saw there was a child in the car, he asked permission to bring him some candy. Just overall really nice people to deal with.
