Kayla herself was such a welcoming and patient person. She was a calming influence when our 3 month old baby wouldn't stop crying long enough to get a special picture taken. She just calmly waited and tried several times until we finally got the shot. The studio had a comfortable seating area with a tiered tray of delicious cookies and bars and their were juice boxes for the kids. Their hyper behaviour didn't phase Kayla at all and she was so adept with getting their attention for the photos and getting them to laugh. It really made the photos that much better. We had special requests for the style of photos we wanted and Kayla listened and understood and produced just what we wanted. After the photo shoot, Kayla emailed us the photos and did further editing of the photos for us. Amazing service!
