I can only say how much I appreciated the excellent care I received from him and the PRHC staff as well. I had to wait very short times which is all part of our system. Thank you.

Did not rush the appointment and together developed a one year plan to fix previous implant issues. Reception staff very helpful with costing for each surgery and able to fit me in for 1st round of surgery before Christmas.

I would have given a five star, however, brunette receptionist was extremely rude. I had rescheduled my apt twice due to high anxiety in going under sedation(I also explained this before I booked the first time!) when I called to move it the last time, she had given me attitude over the phone for moving it the second time.. I had explained to her that I was very anxious and nervous about the procedure. She had said okay and moved it. When I was there I had a question about the billing before I got sedated. Neither one of the receptionists could give me a actual answer. The brunette lady had LITERALLY slammed her hands on the desk and YELLED at me!! She embarrassed me andmade me feel even worse about my anxiety. I will return to this clinic in hopes that this problem is dealt with and she has a better attitude towards her clients. Her attitude should be alot better considering she is representing their whole clinic by first impressions.

I went back 3 months later to have an implant again no pain, swelling, or infection! Both times the office called after each procedure to make sure I was fine. Thanks Dr Chris Fenton.

He made sure I was comfortable and felt no pain throughout my extraction. The staff gave me all necessary directions for after care as well as a contact number in case I needed it. Thank you Dr. Fenton & staff for making this experience the best it could've been.

He was extremely friendly and very informative when explaining the surgery a couple of weeks prior. The surgery itself went amazing I had an amazing experience. I have a fear of needles and so I was very nervous for the IV but the staff adjusted accordingly and I couldn't even feel it going in. I did not feel any of the surgery it just felt like taking a nap and then 45 minutes later I woke up in the recovery room ready to go, I was very tired after but that was all. After the surgery I followed all of the guidelines that they gave us and I had zero pain throughout the entire healing process. I had such a great time with it that I would honestly go back to this facility and get them taken out again! I highly recommend going here if you are nervous about getting your wisdom teeth out. I was extremely nervous and even crying before because I was so stressed, but it was a breeze comparing to what I was expecting. Thank you to everyone at Kawartha Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, you are all amazing. Keep up the good work!
