This hard working conscientious man is helpin the bees be the beat bees they can be... locally, tight here in our Kawartha. Available chez lui and also downtown Lindsay at our beautiful Burns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I buy many different brands of local honey and store much of it for the last several years, for some reason the Kawartha Lakes Honey does not crystallize no matter how long it stays on the shelf (cool and dry) every other brand and jar has, except this brand. Odd. Its my understanding that if it doesn't crystallize than it isn't pure honey. Correct me if im wrong.
