Through out this procedure, certain things are very timely and Katie was always available to support me through the various steps, any time of day. Additionally, another big appreciation was Katie's help to get the house on the market. She helped in every way she could, bringing me empty packing boxes, hiring (and covering the costs) cleaners, yard maintenance, and siding/window cleaners.

Katie took the time to get to know both my husband and my needs and wants in a condo (which were not always the same).
